There are deadlines that are set out by Lions International and they have to be adhered to or the poster will be disqualified. The deadlines are as follows:

Postmark deadline for a club to send their winning poster to the District Governor (one per kit purchased)
December 1, 2009
Postmark deadline for a district governor to send one winning poster to Multiple District CC
December 15, 2009
Postmark deadline for the multiple district CC to send one winning poster to International Headquarters
February 1, 2010
International winners will be notified on or before this date.
