District A4 and its 75 Lions Clubs is situated in and around our nation's capital, Ottawa, Ontario.   It straddles the Ontario / Quebec border and is bounded on the south by the St. Lawrence River.   District A4 is divided into 4 Regions.   Region 13 takes in the Ottawa / Hull area and is comprised of clubs in both Ontario and Quebec.   Region 22 covers the Ottawa Valley area, north and west of Ottawa and again has clubs in both provinces.   Region 30 stretches west of Ottawa and south to the St. Lawrence River.   Lastly, Region 41 takes in the eastern most portion of the province of Ontario, bordered by Quebec and the St. Lawrence River.   Across District A4's southern boundary is our great neighbour, The United States of America.   Ottawa / Hull is approximately, 400 km east of Toronto, Ontario, 200 km west of Montreal, Quebec and 500 km north of New York City.
